  • The Structure

This journal is designed to be both flexible and intentional. It’s undated, allowing you to use it as often as you need, yet thoughtfully structured to guide you in meaningful reflection. Whether you pick it up daily, weekly, or in seasons of transition, it provides space for both free-flowing thoughts and prompted insights, helping you cultivate a deeper relationship with God at your own pace.

  • Section 1 : Rhythms

This section guides you in establishing rhythms—practical ways to integrate spiritual disciplines into your daily life—by reflecting on what’s working, assessing your limits, and aligning with God’s invitation for your season. Each quarter, you’ll have the opportunity to reset your rhythms, not out of obligation, but as a way to abide, rest, and grow in wholeness with Him.

  • Section 2 : Dwell

An undated space to pour out your heart—whether it’s one word, one question, or a whole conversation. Use it how you need it for praise, lament, intercession, or simply sitting with the Lord in honesty. There’s no structure, just an open invitation to dwell with Him and process freely. And because we all need it I included a small box in the corner of the pages to drop those distracting thoughts and to do lists.

  • Section 3 : Gratitude

Gratitude shifts our perspective and reminds us of God’s faithfulness. Use this section to record moments of joy, provision, or small glimpses of His goodness. Whether it’s a daily habit or an occasional reflection, this practice will cultivate a heart of thankfulness and trust. It's space to not just record, but space to cultivate a regular rhythm of reflecting on God's presence in your life.

  • Section 4 : Invitation

This section is a practice that helps you process your thoughts and emotions with God, inviting deeper connection with Him. Through guided reflection, you’ll name what you’re carrying, welcome His presence, and listen for His truth, comfort, healing, or conviction. It’s not about "fixing" but about creating space to dwell with Him as he dwells with you and be shaped by His overwhelming love.

  • Section 5 : Reflect & Refocus

For 8 years, our Reflect & Refocus worksheets have been a beloved resource. As life moves quickly, this guided practice helps you look back with gratitude and refocus with intention. This journal includes two sets so you can use them twice—midyear and year-end—to reflect & refocus your heart, recalibrate, and step forward with intention.

my journal process

Journals have always been a part of my rhythm—places where I could process, pray, and be still with God. Over time, I realized they weren’t just for writing; they were a space to dwell, to meet Him in the quiet, and to hear His voice.

When I felt stuck, unable to hear Him, I sensed the Lord asking, “Where are you?” That question invited me to slow down, notice what I was carrying, and sit with Him in it.So I designed the journal that I needed.

It's a space to dwell—to bring all of you and rest in God’s presence first before going to others to process. It follows a rhythm of noticing, responding, and listening. With sections for free-form prayer, gratitude, seasonal rhythms, and the beloved reflect & refocus sheets, it guides you in the holy work of living whole—aligning your heart, mind, and soul with Jesus.

A companion for intimacy with Jesus—the One who heals, speaks, and calls you into abiding rest. May these pages help you live more present to His invitations and live fully in His love.
